We are looking for an organized self-starter who will ensure that our candidates have a positive interview experience from beginning to end. The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling a volume of interviews on a weekly basis, as well as process and database management. There will be opportunities to contribute to process improvement projects that will have a direct impact on our candidates and internal customers, giving you plenty of visibility and recognition from day one. You’ll be cool headed under pressure and your problem solving skills will flourish when situations don’t always go according to plan! Responsibilities include:
  • Take ownership of and drive all aspects of recruitment process administration through pro-active communication and anticipation of candidate, interviewer and recruiter requirements
  • Schedule phone interviews for our new High Volume Hiring team
  • Support recruiters with application processing and database management
  • Complex calendar management (often in different time zones)
  • Prompt email follow up and communication with candidates
  • Enter and track candidate information in the recruitment database
  • Manage all administrative support functions for the team
  • Participate in ad-hoc process improvement projects

Notwendige Qualifikationen

  • A track record of working successfully within an administrative or scheduling role
  • Experience managing multiple diaries, often in international time zones
  • Impeccable attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
  • Highly adaptable and flexible, with an ability multitask in a deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective influencing skills
  • Able to work efficiently and accurately to meet tight deadlines
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Ability to prioritize and complete a high volume of tasks and projects autonomously
  • Excellent judgment, discretion and sensitivity when dealing with executives and confidential information
  • Reacts with appropriate levels of urgency and tenacity to situations that require quick response or turnaround
  • Ability to make informed and timely decisions; understand when to take ownership of a decision and when to involve other parties
  • Thinks ahead and troubleshoots; removes obstacles before they become problems

Wünschenswerte Qualifikationen

  • Fluency in German, Italian, Spanish or French is desirable
  • Experience within Recruitment and/or HR is preferred
  • Exposure to database management
