Job Description

The Inventory Planning and Control (IPC) team owns Amazon’s global inventory management systems. We build the systems that decide what, when, where, and how much we should buy to meet Amazon’s business goals and to make our customers happy. We do this for millions of items worth billions of dollars world-wide. Our systems are built entirely in-house, and are on the cutting edge in automated large-scale business, inventory and supply chain planning and optimization systems. We are on the forefront of supply chain thought leadership and work with some of the best research scientists and software developers in the industry.

We are seeking a Business Analyst who thrives on solving complex problems that no-one else has solved yet and relishes the challenge of analysing complex system performance. You will dive deep into our inventory management system performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Do you think you are up to the challenge? Would you like to learn more and stretch your skills and career? Successful candidates will be strong leaders who can prioritize well, communicate clearly, and have a consistent track record of delivery.
