Job Description

Would you like to be part of a team focused on increasing adoption of Amazon Web Services by developing AWS accounts? Do you have the business savvy and the technical background necessary to help establish Amazon as a key technology platform provider? As a Territory Hunting Manager you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the future of an emerging technology. Your responsibilities will include acquiring and onboarding a set of new customers. You will work with these customers as dedicated Account Manager throughout their cloud journey and thus drive growth and market penetration in a specific geographic territory. The ideal candidate will posses technical background that enables him/her to drive an engagement at the CXO level as well as with software developers and IT architects.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Help to drive growth in a defined territory
  • Articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services
  • Onboard customers and accelerate customer adoption
  • Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption
  • Develop long-term relationships with customer accounts
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Closely work with the Territory Business Manager to ensure success of the territory geo
  • Expect limited travel

Notwendige Qualifikationen

  • Strong work ethic and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills in English and German are a must
  • Target-oriented individual with proven sales experience dealing with B2B customers
  • Ability to hold conversation on CxO level

W├╝nschenswerte Qualifikationen

  • Several years of technology related sales, business development, or sales engineering/consulting experience.
  • BA/BS degree.
  • A technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS a plus.
  • SaaS/Cloud experience.
