    Amazon has recently launched a new Business-to-Business (B2B) service - Amazon Business, which is dedicated to serving the needs of business customers. We are focused on building the largest and most innovative B2B marketplace in the world and we are recruiting a handful of the best and brightest to make this vision a reality. B2B represents an opportunity to address a vast new market segment and customer base. Our business customers have different needs than the traditional Amazon customer and thus we are working with 3P Sellers to reinvent our selection, pricing, ordering and delivery processes to provide the right experience for businesses.

    We are looking for an experienced manager to join our fast-growing Bratislava site, responsible for managing teams to accelerate sales growth and expand selection for business customers by promoting B2B feature adoption among our 3P Sellers.

    Roles and Responsibilities
    • Develop and motivate a high-performing team of Account Managers
    • Delivering growth through expanding the number of B2B Sellers and growing adoption of B2B features
    • Drive business analysis, develop recommendations and implement projects and initiatives to drive growth
    • Dive deep on data and provide insights and reporting to senior stakeholders
    • Provide insights and advice on how Sellers can improve their Amazon Business marketplace sales
    • Support the introduction of new Amazon Business products and services for Sellers, identifying improvements, providing Seller feedback and working closely with the relevant international Amazon product teams
    • Deliver ongoing operational improvements at a European level
    • Interact with and influence senior Amazon leaders across Europe

    Base pay for this position is 3.590 EUR and there are further pay components within the total compensation.

    Notwendige Qualifikationen

    • 5-7 years of working experience in an area similar to management consulting, product management or sales management
    • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree ideally in Business or Engineering field. Post-graduate education is preferred
    • Track record in people management skills
    • Highly organized and results oriented
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Customer focused
    • Passionate about online businesses, e-commerce and sales

    Wünschenswerte Qualifikationen

    • MBA
    • Strong analytical skills (particularly Excel and database analysis)
    • Experience using Salesforce.com or another CRM tool
    • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment
    • Experience working with Tax, Legal, Product, and internal business owners
    • Knowledge of SQL
    • Experience building relationships and driving growth with existing customers/partners/B2B
    • Knowledge of German/French/Spanish/Italian is a plus
