This person will work in the Amazon Channels team and will be responsible for developing long-term strategies and defining new processes and standards for how we work with partners, as well as in-life partner negotiations and reporting. They will develop and implement action plans based on deep-dive analysis of consumer engagement metrics and provide recommendations on how to grow the Channels Business. This role is expected to build long-term successful relationships with partners, creating joint value, opportunities for growth, customer acquisition and brand-building. Additionally, a major responsibility of this role will be to creating or integrating into new systems and processes to help us automate and scale our management of “long-tail” partners to ensure improved communication, reporting and generation of data-driven insights. Hence, strong leadership and stakeholder skills are important, as is the ability to structure and refine processes.
