Job Description

EMEA HR Services is looking for a Change Specialist (ideally with HR experience) to join EMEA HR Services Program and Change team in Prague. In this role you will partner with HR Services Project Managers to define and implement change management and communication strategies for key HR Services projects.
Key responsibilities including but not limited to:
1. Change Management
· Apply change management methodology and best practices to ensure successful execution of the change
· Develop change management strategy and overall change management plan for various types of projects. Integrate change management plan with project plan
· Create change management deliverables: stakeholder assessment, change impact analysis, communication plan, learning plan, etc.
· Ensure that project members and stakeholders understand change management objectives and work together towards a common goal
· Effectively communicate change management expectations to project members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
· Demonstrate independent thinking and creative approach to overcome obstacles and issues during change execution

2. Customer Experience
· Provide an enhanced customer experience by guiding customers through the change process and anticipating their needs and concerns
· Actively manage stakeholders’ expectations

3. People Management
· Act as Amazon change management mentor and coach

Notwendige Qualifikationen

· Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, communication, or a related field
· Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
· Fluent in English
· Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
· Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
· Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations

Wünschenswerte Qualifikationen

· 3-5 years’ experience in HR, marketing, communications or change management setting
· 2+ years’ experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
· Previous experience with medium and large-scale change efforts
Change management certification desired
