The Amazon Advertising team is looking for a smart and motivated Marketing Program Manager to join one of the most exciting businesses within the industry. Amazon Advertising is growing exponentially, and this person will be at the heart of all that growth: by interfacing with Amazon Advertisers through insightful and effective marketing communications, education and insights.
The ideal person for this role can think on their feet, be comfortable with data and quantitative thinking, communicate crisply in this cross-functional role across multiple teams. She/He be able to find his way around ambiguous and fast changing scenarios. This a new business and you will have the ownership and ability to drive changes.Your internal stakeholders will be content creation teams, finance, product, analytics legal and PR teams. Your external stakeholders are the Advertisers that are reliant on our communications, education and strategic insights to be successful. You will create and own Pan-EU impact projects to drive changes that will directly impact how we engage with our advertisers. Success in Amazon Advertising is all about challenging the status quo, and working hard to improve our Advertiser communication, education, insights and tools.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or relevant field of study.
Understanding how to create and lead projects and programs within cross-functional marketing and product teams.
Ability to multi-task in a dynamic, data-driven, advertiser focused environment and a desire to lead high-impact projects.
Bias for action: Ability to quickly test, measure, learn, and iterate in order to get the best results possible.
Ability to read/speak an additional language such as German, Italian, Spanish or Mandarin will be very useful.
Experience in managing complex, multiple marketing programs and the ability to drive projects through completion.
Experience with HTML and using marketing platforms, such as Pardot, Marketo.
Digital advertising, marketing agency or search experience.
