Amazon Germany is looking for a Sr. Business Insights Manager (m/f)
for our Consumables division with relentless focus on improving customer experience
- Provides transparency and analyses of the entire customer journey, across devices, aligning with DE and EU teams for internal and external benchmarking purposes
- Conceive, execute and report against programs to drive New to Store customers (including Prime members) and incentivize repeat purchase
- Set up an automated and regular reporting for key aspects of the above that can be used by the CCE team and categories to identify actionable insights (e.g. customer dashboard, deals strategy).
- Deep dive into relevant insights to derive the overall strategy, targets and specific actions to increase the engagement of Consumables customers (relevancy, frequency)
