is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Evangelist (m/f).
If you are passionate about improving the product experience for the wide audience, interested in spoken-word entertainment and at the same time possess a very customer-centric marketing attitude that allows you to gain a deep understanding of what our customers care about, then this is probably your dream job.
As Product Marketing Evangelist you lead our key customer journey initiatives in the DACH region, launch new features, and improve the way our customers enjoy spoken-word entertainment from Audible. Doing so, you will play a critical role to ultimately ensure customer happiness, and as a consequence revenue and member growth.
Your focus will be on better understanding our target audience’s needs and based on insights, suggest ways of improving our service. You are responsible for identifying new initiatives to enhance the customer experience and for successfully bringing global initiatives to our German-speaking customers. You will have the ability to think big and to deliver creative solutions based on user insights. To be successful in this role, you will appreciate and thrive in collaborating with our central product teams in the US. Main responsibilities
- Identify and drive local projects to improve the user experience: based on target group insights, you identify business opportunities, estimate business impact and resources needed and develop project proposals. Once approved, you develop and execute the go-to-market plan.
- Launch and adapt global initiatives locally: most features and products are developed globally at Audible and you are responsible for their local performance. This includes identifying local needs, developing and executing a local go-to-market plan, and performance optimization.
