    The Fashion Private Label team, one of our fastest growing product lines, is looking for a self-driven Vendor Management candidate that has a proven track record of delivering results. He/She will play a critical role in managing strategic brands to drive the profitability and topline performance for their business.

    The Vendor Manager (m/f) is responsible for managing the full scope of their supplier portfolio, driving the profitability and topline performance for their subcategory. He/she owns the end-to-end supplier relationship, from identifying and on-boarding new suppliers, creating catalog items, negotiating contracts and terms, managing promotional activities and resolving operational issues that impact our customer.


    • Identify customer needs through analyzing metrics and providing overviews of industry landscape
    • Create plans to address competitive gaps
    • Continuously seek information to improve the customer experience
    • Expand current supplier selection and secure new brands
    • Drive negotiation in contractual agreements
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers focused on creating value and growth for suppliers and Amazon
    • Improve the supply chain, reducing defects, and driving efficiencies
    • Drive supplier participation in Amazon programs
    • Make and influence decisions regarding pricing, selection, and convenience
    • Own P & L for subcategory; develop plans that drive revenue and margin improvements
    • Audit all elements of the business (e.g., inputs, outputs, site experience, team performance), performs deep dive analysis on problems to understand root causes, and makes decisions based on data
    • Act as an escalation point to respond to customer needs
    • Identify opportunities to improve overall tools and systems and drive scalable solutions * Manage products from launch to end of life with the goal of automating manual tasks * Partner with Technical teams to drive process improvements

    Notwendige Qualifikationen

    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • Professional experience in negotiating with internal and external stakeholders
    • Proficiency with Excel and data analysis
    • Experience with process improvement

    Wünschenswerte Qualifikationen

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Statistics, Marketing, Finance, or Engineering
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - prioritization, planning and task delegation
    • Negotiations, analytical, vendor and/or project management experience
    • Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast paced environment
    • Strong proficiency in analysis tools including Microsoft Excel, SQL, and statistics software
    • Experience with pricing and selection strategy
