    Amazon Advertising operates at the intersection of eCommerce and advertising, offering a rich array of digital display advertising solutions with the goal of helping our customers find and discover anything they want to buy.     Amazon Advertising is looking for a Manager for our Campaign Management team. This leader will drive ease of doing business for our advertisers by leading a team of Campaign Managers in Munich. Campaign Managers are a key member of the AMG team and are responsible for managing campaign production and creative strategy. You will partner closely with sales, account management and design leadership to deliver results that matter to our advertisers. You will have direct accountability for continuously improving advertiser satisfaction and efficiency of our teams. You will establish partnerships with our product managers and provide actionable input to product roadmaps to help scale our business.

    Notwendige Qualifikationen

    • Experience directly managing project managers or operations professionals; including but not limited to experience hiring, terminating, coaching, growing and mentoring

    • Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets
    • Project management skills
    • Bachelor's degree required
    • Fluency in German and good English language skills (oral and written) are required

    Wünschenswerte Qualifikationen

    • 3+ years of people management experience
    • Bachelors’ degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business preferred; MBA is a plus
    • Understanding of digital creative production, ad serving, cross-channel attribution, and media analytics
    • Experience with Doubleclick (XSM, DFP), AdJuster, Salesforce.com
    • Proven track record of driving process and tool improvements that improve operational scale and productivity
    • Proven ability to influence others across the organization
    • Experience using and communicating performance metrics
    • Ability to drive cross-team partnerships and initiatives
    • Adept at solving problems that span business and technology
    • Proven record of attracting, retaining and growing exceptional teams
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
